ACCOMMODATION

We accommodate the candidates either in flats or in dormitory with other students. Generally the flats have a dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two or three bedrooms. Cooking equipment is provided so that the participants may prepare meals for themselves in their accommodation. Full board, half board or self-catering can be arranged according to your needs. Sheets and blankets are provided, but candidates must bring towels. In the hosting accommodation, laundry facilities are not always provided. 

The landlady/landlord can enforce rules that related to the good use of the apartment and for the benefit of other tenants. The candidate is responsible for any damage caused through not abiding to these rules. When the participants arrive in Poland they must sign a document, which states that they understand and agree to comply with these rules and regulations.

TRANSPORT

We always do our best to ensure that our offer meets students’ needs. This is a key point that let them enjoy their time during the internship program.
As the receiving partner Aviva is responsible for providing:

• Transport from the arrival place to the participant’s accommodation
• Monthly ticket for public transport
• Transport from the accommodation of the participant to the place of departure

TUTORING

We nominate a tutor who will be responsible for the organisational aspects of the training period. 

The tutor will: 

• Ensure the commitment of both of the trainee and the company and verify the integrity and value of the training course
• Show single and return route to the company place
• Explain the tram/bus/train schedule in town of workplacement
• Accompany to the medical center for tests required by a company and in other urgent cases
• Monitor regularly the development of the training course (by phone contacts, tests or visits)
• Resolve any challenges arising for the trainee or the company
