Aviva is a center, which specializes in organizing vocational training, mainly in  Wroclaw (the capital city of Lower Silesia) in Poland but also in other cities in Poland, where we have representatives.

We created Aviva on the basis of our long experience in caring out “Leonardo da Vinci Projects” at higher educational institutions. Being aware of importance of  vocational mobility in Europe, we have created since 2005 both the partnership with various organizations within European Community and polish companies.

Our main aim is :

- Giving young people and all EU mobility project’s beneficiaries the great opportunity of approaching to labour market in Poland. 

- Intercultural laerning - Improving emotional competence within a different European cultural context

- Equality on the labour market

- Adult Education

- Regional development

For us, this is a key factor to exist and adapt to the new needs and trends, generated by global economy. Our objectives goes with Henry Bergson’s message : To exist is to change, to change is to mature, to mature is to go on creating oneself endlessly.
